Description

You will own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise SAP environments, with a focus on SAP Basis and BTP.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end management of SAP environments, including installation, configuration, client copies, and system refreshes.
• Plan and implement system upgrades, Support Packages, Patches, and Kernel upgrades across landscapes.
• Oversee and manage the Transport Management System (TMS) process for controlled change deployment.
• Monitor and tune application, database, and OS performance to ensure system efficiency.
• Administer SAP BTP, governing accounts, provisioning runtimes, and managing connectivity via SAP Cloud Connector.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in SAP Basis system administration for enterprise landscapes.
• Deep proficiency administering SAP HANA and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Strong working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Expert administration across database platforms including SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system refreshes, upgrades, and TMS in regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing complex system and performance issues.
• Experience configuring and maintaining RFC connections between SAP and external systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated deployment tools and scripting for SAP landscape management.
