Lead the technical architecture, installation, and maintenance of complex SAP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP installations, upgrades, and patch applications across software products and databases.
• Manage the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to maintain environment integrity.
• Optimize system performance through monitoring, availability configuration, and application tuning.
• Direct large-scale domestic and international projects, providing technical guidance on installation and tuning.
• Oversee deliverables from vendors and strategic outsourcing partners while providing L2/L3 technical support in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Basis environments.
• Deep expertise in HANA database and Solution Manager configuration (Manage System Config, CHARM, CTS+).
• Proficiency with Linux, Unix, and Windows servers.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, DB2, MaxDB, Sybase, and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with system sizing using QuickSizer and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to work within virtualized environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• SAP cloud environment knowledge (AWS, MS Azure) with relevant certifications.
