Description

You will architect and maintain the integrity of the SAP environment, focusing on S/4HANA infrastructure. You own the release pipeline, performance tuning, and 24x7 L2/L3 support for domestic and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, upgrades, and patch applications for SAP software and underlying databases.
• Manage the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) and Solution Manager Configuration (CHARM, CTS+).
• Monitor system availability, perform application tuning, and execute capacity planning using QuickSizer.
• Provide technical guidance for large-scale projects and manage vendor deliverables and strategic outsourcing partners.
• Resolve complex technical issues as part of a 24x7 on-call SAP support team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Architect, with strong expertise in S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of HANA database administration and environment management.
• Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Wintel server environments.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, DB2, MaxDB, Sybase, and SQL Server.
• Ability to work collaboratively with SAP Functional teams, business units, and regional support hubs.
• Strong people management and communication skills for leading technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualized environments and SAP cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure).
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
