Description

You will serve as a hands-on L3 BASIS Consultant, providing technical guidance and mentoring to the team while managing SAP systems across ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SAP upgrades, including EHP, BW, and S/4HANA conversions, migrations using DMO, and patching activities.
• Conduct system health checks, buffer management, workload analysis, and database tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure and manage STMS, transport routes, and domain controllers for efficient transport management.
• Plan, execute, and configure database backups, system refreshes, and disaster recovery procedures, including drills to meet defined RPO/RTO.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience administering SAP systems across ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, BW, PI/PO, and Solution Manager.
• Proficiency in managing SAP landscapes with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle and HANA database environments.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for BASIS implementation.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery processes.
• Ability to execute Disaster Recovery Drills meeting defined RPO/RTO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
