Description

Manage SAP Basis activities, release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers in a six-month remote contract role based in Dublin, OH.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud-based environments.
• Manage infrastructure operations, including network, interfaces, and load balancer topics.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing complex systems to determine effective resolution paths.
• Handle customer escalations by coordinating with internal teams to drive technical resolutions.
• Collaborate within cross-cultural and cross-functional teams to deliver project results.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an SAP technical consultant.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as consulting or IT support.
• Extensive experience with SAP Basis and SAP Applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Engineering degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud architecture knowledge and fundamentals in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with migration and upgrade projects, specifically on S/4H Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean Fundamentals, or Project Management Fundamentals.
