Description

Own the full lifecycle of SAP Basis administration, from implementation to 24x7 support. Ensure system stability across Sandbox, Development, QA, Production, and DR environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain multiple SAP landscapes and third-party tools.
• Perform core Basis functions including system refreshes, support packs, kernel updates, transports, and disaster recovery drills.
• Monitor system performance, tune configurations, and implement architectural improvements for SAP systems.
• Manage end-to-end SAP Basis implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with global delivery models, functional teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP Basis implementation, migration, or upgrade.
• Deep knowledge of the entire SAP business suite and SAP Solution Manager.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA.
• Experience with OS/DB migrations.
• Cloud experience in SAP environments.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification.
• Experience working with offshore, multi-cultural teams.
