Description

You will own the technical support, administration, and maintenance of SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical support and system administration for SAP and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting across SAP landscapes.
• Support integration between on-premise SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage patches, support packages, security updates, and system error analysis.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure ERP system availability.

Required Skills

• Five years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks.
• Experience with SAP software installation, upgrades, and applying support packages.
• Proficiency in workload analysis, performance monitoring, and system error analysis.
• Proven ability to maintain and administer multi-landscape environments.
• Two years of experience supporting an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client.
• Two years of experience working in environments running Linux/DB2 or Windows/MSSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Public Sector cloud deployments.
