Description

You will manage and maintain SAP application systems within a large-scale cloud operations environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP technologies including NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, and Business Objects solutions.
• Operate and maintain Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and OpenText systems.
• Execute ITIL-based service management processes including Incident, Event, and Change Management.
• Document technical workflows through Knowledge Base Articles, Wiki pages, and Root Cause Analysis reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver and Web Dispatcher.
• Experience managing Business Objects, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Mediation.
• Practical knowledge of OpenText.
• Proven experience in Cloud Operations for large-scale application systems.
• Proficiency in ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
• Competency in Incident Management and Event Management Monitoring.
• Experience handling Change Request processes.
• Ability to write technical concepts and Root Cause Analysis documentation.
