Description

You will lead the SAP S/4HANA Basis team, managing and coordinating onsite and offshore resources for application and database services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and coordinate Basis services across onsite and offshore teams.
• Analyze and optimize SAP system performance to minimize downtime.
• Configure and optimize Solution Manager alerting and resolve triggered alerts.
• Diagnose and resolve system failures, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support integrations and customizations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA databases and operational concepts.
• Proficiency in Basis Service management.
• Experience with Solution Manager (Solman) alerting and configuration.
• Ability to manage S/4HANA environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP system performance and failures.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SLT or SAP Process Orchestration (PO).
• Direct exposure to HANA DB administrative activities.
