Description

Act as a Technical Lead providing L3 support and administration for SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute core SAP Basis functions including kernel patching, support packs, OSS notes, and transport management via CHARM.
• Manage end-to-end system lifecycles, including installations, EHP upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes.
• Perform database administration tasks such as backups, tablespace maintenance, index reorganization, and SQL query performance analysis.
• Monitor system health via CCMS and proactively troubleshoot dumps, buffer tuning, and performance issues.
• Develop and document technical strategies, procedures, and plans for upgrades and new service implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration with L3 scope exposure.
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, and MDG business packages.
• Proven track record with SAP HANA and Oracle database administration.
• Expertise in Solution Manager implementation and CHARM setup.
• Experience managing SAP workloads on GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud infrastructures.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SAP and Portal authentication using Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP.
• Technical knowledge of Windows, AIX, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong ability to perform system validation, environment readiness, and network coordination.
• Competency in SQL and managing SAP technical strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Libellee tools for system refresh strategy and implementation.
• Experience with Datadog implementation and dashboard creation.
