Description

You will lead application support and development for SAP environments, ensuring system stability and progress against delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and deep technical knowledge for SAP Basis and HANA DB administration.
• Lead multiple application support initiatives, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Review request logs, proactively monitor recurring themes, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive enhancements, review and approve documentation, and plan innovation and automation initiatives.
• Participate in design discussions, propose solutions, and provide status updates during scrum calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Strong experience with S/4 HANA system administration and HANA DB administration.
• Proficiency with SAP MES and ChaRM (Change Request Management) implementation.
• Experience with AWS for system administration and integration.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and their integration with SAP systems.
• Experience with automation tools for system refresh activities.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and its integration.

Preferred Skills

• Industry-specific experience is not required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
