Description

You will manage technical administration and support for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and system administration for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Monitor systems, tune performance, execute upgrades, and troubleshoot SAP environments.
• Support integration between SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage patches, support packages, security updates, and system error analysis.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to maintain ERP system availability.

Required Skills

• Five years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks.
• Experience with SAP software installation and upgrades.
• Experience applying support packages and patches.
• Experience with workload analysis and performance monitoring.
• Experience performing system error analysis.
• Experience maintaining multi-landscape environments.
• Two years of experience in Linux/DB2 or Windows/MSSQL environments.
• Two years supporting an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL database management.
• Experience with SAP HCM modules.
