Description

Manage implementation, optimization, migration, and maintenance of SAP Product Suites across various stacks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, provisioning, installation, and configuration of SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, Business Objects, and Cloud stacks.
• Maintain system health and stability 24x7 by proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Perform major software, hardware, and kernel upgrades on complex landscapes involving clusters and high availability.
• Translate technical requirements from Agile teams into technical specifications and recommend optimal platform solutions.
• Provide Level 3 on-call support for SAP Basis and SQL Server databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience covering implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of SAP System architecture, including Application Server (AS) ABAP and AS Java.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, SCM, CRM, SRM, SAP Solution Manager, MDG, PO/PI/XI, BO/BI, IS/DS, SLT, Fiori, and S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server and HANA database administration, optimization, and migration.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 administration and MS Cluster/High Availability concepts.
• Ability to implement infrastructure security including SNC, SSL, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Knowledge of communication techniques such as RFC and OData via SAP Gateway.
• Experience performing software maintenance, monitoring, and installing EHP or support packages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience running SAP on Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and DevOps tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
