Description

You manage SAP Basis infrastructure and release upgrades for cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
• Perform system owner tasks and maintain technical infrastructure integrity.
• Manage de-escalation during technical incidents to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Work weekends or off-business hours for required system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on expertise with S/4HANA and HEC.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing technical projects within a project management framework.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Additional local language proficiency.
