You will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP projects, including system upgrades, migrations, greenfield implementations, and integration initiatives.
• Oversee the migration to and administration of SAP S/4HANA, managing system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Drive cloud adoption for SAP, overseeing migrations to platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Manage SAP databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), monitoring and optimizing database performance.
• Establish and enforce security policies, compliance measures, and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA lifecycle management.
• Strong background in database administration for SAP HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud integration and migration to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in performance optimization and troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Knowledge of storage management and network communication protocols.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications related to SAP Basis or S/4HANA.
• Experience with automation and advanced diagnostics tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
