Description

Lead SAP Basis and Security operations, overseeing system health, stability, and technical architecture. Manage offshore and nearshore teams to resolve high-priority incidents and execute core administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define SAP solution infrastructure and application architecture.
• Manage system health through performance analysis, memory management, and hardware capacity scaling.
• Execute SAP administration tasks including SPS patches, system refreshes, copies, and Kernel upgrades.
• Lead offshore and nearshore teams in Basis and Security areas.
• Resolve high-priority incidents and Major Incidents with prompt solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Basis expert.
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA DB and SAP HANA checks.
• Strong experience with PI 7.4/7.5 and upgrade processes.
• Proven ability in SAP performance analysis and bottleneck identification for ECC and PI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration, implementations, design, and upgrades.
• Proficiency in SAP Netweaver, SAP BW, and Application Architecture.
• Experience analyzing EWAs and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud essentials including compute and load balancers.

Preferred Skills

• Basic handling of Microsoft Azure environments.
