Description

Lead global SAP data migration and Master Data Governance (MDG) initiatives, owning the end-to-end data lifecycle from extraction to validation. You will define enterprise data strategies, enforce governance frameworks, and manage large-scale delivery teams across onsite-offshore models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute end-to-end data migration strategies for core SAP objects including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.
• Implement data quality management processes, including profiling, cleansing, and deduplication, within SAP MDG environments.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with business SMEs in Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing to enforce data ownership and accountability.
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery models and mentor teams to scale execution across multiple release waves under SAFe/Agile frameworks.
• Define enterprise data harmonization approaches and integrate analytics dashboards for continuous data quality monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data objects and architecture.
• Deep expertise in ETL tools, specifically Informatica, BODS, and SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and data governance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing large global data migration projects and leading distributed teams.
• Proficiency in SAFe and Agile methodologies for structured project execution.
• Ability to drive stakeholder management and executive reporting for data strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
