Description

You will lead SAP Basis administration, monitoring, and project execution for complex enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP infrastructure across Oracle, HANA, and MSSQL databases, including installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Configure and maintain high availability and disaster recovery setups for SAP ECC, EP, Fiori, SRM, Solman, and GRC.
• Perform deep troubleshooting and performance tuning to optimize application stability and response times.
• Drive application-related improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Interface with stakeholders at all levels to solve complex technical problems and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 8 years in SAP Basis Administration.
• Expert-level database administration skills for Oracle, HANA, and MSSQL.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP workloads on Oracle.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC, SAP EP, SAP Fiori, SAP SRM, SAP Solman, and SAP GRC.
• Strong background in system migration and HA/DR implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
