Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA upgrades (2021–2025) under the RISE with SAP framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for system upgrades.
• Coordinate with SAP, infrastructure teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Manage system landscapes across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Oversee technical upgrade activities, including SUM execution and SPAU/SPDD adjustments.
• Drive cutover planning, downtime optimization, and go-live execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS or project management.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA upgrade processes.
• Proficiency in SUM (Software Update Manager) and SPAU/SPDD adjustments.
• Strong understanding of system landscape management (DEV, QA, PROD).
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience ensuring system performance, stability, and security.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and governance standards.
