Description

You will manage project planning, technical documentation, and service delivery for SAP Basis operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Level 2 and Level 3 project plans, including CPS tracking and task status monitoring.
• Track issue and defect resolution using ServiceNow and other applicable tools.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and raise alerts regarding potential delays or showstoppers.
• Coordinate SLS Change Management processes, documentation approvals, and platform workflow changes.
• Provide regular status reporting and data preparation for weekly, biweekly, and monthly project reports.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP Basis and Project Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for defect and issue tracking.
• Experience with CPS tracking and project plan management.
• Strong skills in project reporting and data preparation.
• Knowledge of Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP).
• Ability to manage technical documentation and lessons learned throughout testing and cutover cycles.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder status calls and executing action items.
