Description

Manage SAP BASIS administration, monitoring, and project delivery for enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP Basis administration and monitoring for SAP ECC, EP, Fiori, SRM, Solman, and GRC.
• Manage SAP workloads on Oracle, including installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) configurations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and drive application performance tuning.
• Collaborate with customer teams to identify improvements and optimize system stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in SAP Basis Administration.
• Expertise in database administration for Oracle, HANA, and MSSQL.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP on Oracle workloads.
• Strong knowledge of SAP products including ECC, EP, Fiori, SRM, Solman, and GRC.
• Proven experience in system upgrades, migrations, and HA/DR setup.
• Ability to interface with all levels of customers and solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with abstract thinking and proactive performance optimization.
