Description

Provide operation support and administration for the SAP ecosystem across multiple environments including ECC, CRM, BW, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary SAP BASIS administration for major enterprise applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, acting as the primary point of contact for technical support.
• Schedule and coordinate SAP system installs, upgrades, patches, backups, and restorations.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressively responsible IT experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Hands-on experience with AIX, UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Database expertise in DB2 and MS SQL.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC6, S/4 HANA, BW/BI, CRM, BOBJ, PO, BPC, HANA, C/4 HANA, SAP BTP, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP setups similar to SMUD.
• Strong understanding of SAP system design, configuration, and functionality across various platforms.
