Description

You will own the primary SAP BASIS administration for major enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call and after-hours support as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Schedule and coordinate SAP system installs, upgrades, patches, backups, and restorations.
• Perform OS, application, database, and client tool patching and migrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and inventories for SAP system administration.

Required Skills

• Five (5) years as SAP BASIS supporting SAP ABAP and JAVA systems.
• Three (3) years supporting S/4 HANA, C/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP technology.
• Experience supporting at least two (2) major SAP implementations or upgrade projects, including S/4HANA migration.
• Experience in administration of SAP and non-SAP enterprise solutions (installation, setup, patching, troubleshooting, documentation).
• Experience in data maintenance, retrieval, and operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows, AIX).
• Expert use of Solution Manager for monitoring and project documentation.
• Administration experience for NetWeaver Java solutions (NWDI, EP 7.0, PO, Web Dispatcher).
• Knowledge of SAP ECC6, S/4 HANA, BW/BI, CRM, BOBJ, PO, BPC, HANA, C/4 HANA, SAP BTP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
