Description

Provide hands-on global production support for SAP landscapes and manage end-to-end resolution for Major Incidents (Priority 1 and 2).

Responsibilities

• Manage system landscape configuration, operation, and SAP data administration.
• Execute SAP transport management, client copies, system refreshes, and license management.
• Perform SAP patch management, SA Kernel maintenance, and SAP Router configuration.
• Handle SAP performance monitoring, tuning, and workload balancing.
• Coordinate with third-party infrastructure vendors and SAP to resolve root causes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis support.
• Hands-on experience with Basis HANA.
• Expertise in SAP Performance Tuning.
• Proficiency in Solution Manager configuration and utilization.
• Experience with SAP security parameter management and SAP Router maintenance.
• Competency in SAP traces, logs, and SAP job maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP backup and data/Business Document archiving maintenance.
• Ability to manage SAP corrections and system landscape operations.
