Description

You will manage and support critical SAP systems across various environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, CRM, SCM, PI/PO, Solution Manager) across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Perform system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and support package stack updates.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across ABAP, Java stacks, and HANA databases.
• Support SAP systems hosted on SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), managing provisioning and lifecycle.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Basis and HEC incidents, participating in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and NetWeaver technologies.
• Experience supporting SAP systems in cloud environments (HEC, Azure, AWS, GCP preferred).
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS, networking basics, and storage concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, EWA).
• Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with SAP Basis, HANA, Solution Manager, S/4hana, and BW/4hana.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Basis or HANA certification.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, scripting).
