Description

Lead SAP Basis administration for medium to large-scale implementations supporting approximately 600 users. Manage installation, upgrades, and complex landscape support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, upgrade, monitoring, and support of complex SAP landscapes.
• Lead infrastructure sizing, procurement, and installation by coordinating with server and network teams.
• Own S/4HANA performance management and execute pre-go-live readiness checks.
• Drive design discussions and workshops to secure client sign-off on project deliverables.
• Manage complex dual landscapes across multiple SAP applications while reporting risks to the PMO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EhP6 and S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven track record leading at least 3-4 full project lifecycles in a Basis Team Lead or Manager role.
• Technical proficiency with SAP PI (7.1/7.3), BOBJ, BODS, and BW.
• Direct experience managing HANA databases and Unix/Windows environments.
• Experience working with Solman, CPS Redwood, and HPQC.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams through design, delivery, and testing phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA Greenfield implementations or SAP RISE.
• Prior experience working within a Rise with SAP construct.
