Description

You will manage and support the SAP FMS application suite, focusing on installation, administration, and ETL development.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SAP BI Platform, IPS, BODS, FIIM, FC, and FCD under HA Cluster setups.
• Develop ETL programs and jobs using SAP Data Services (BODS) and Management Console.
• Maintain and stand up FMS Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
• Troubleshoot and remediate vulnerabilities and patching issues across Windows OS, SQL Server, SAP applications, and Web Servers.
• Provide 24/7 L4 production support for FMIS and S4-BODS applications during critical business periods.
• Resolve application issues by working with SAP Product Support via incident tickets and OSS notes.
• Create technical documentation including design, development, and installation build guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP BODS and related SAP products.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting (Windows PowerShell and Linux Korn/Bash).
• Experience with Ansible Automation for application build and provisioning.
• Hands-on with Artifactory for managing application binaries and installation packages.
• Version control experience using Enterprise GitHub and Git Bash.
• Administration of Microsoft SQL Server DBMS.
• Experience with WS-FTP installation, administration, and SFTP key exchange.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident/change management and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Ability to work in an on-call 24/7 L4 support capacity.
