Description

Lead large-scale SAP and non-SAP data migration projects as the technical authority. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex ETL initiatives using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, and deployment of complex ETL projects.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams to ensure delivery within agile models.
• Develop complex jobs, workflows, and scripts using Integrator, Quality, and Platform transforms.
• Perform data cleansing, performance tuning, and system optimization to improve business processes.
• Debug execution errors using Data Integrator logs and manage repositories via the Data Services Management Console.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL project analysis, design, and development.
• Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (Data Integrator 4.0 or above).
• Proven experience with SAP ECC, BW, and HANA integration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, Native HANA, and SAP ECC Functional (FI, OTC).
• Hands-on experience with SQL and script development.
• Track record of delivering 2-3 large-scale data migration roll-outs.
• Strong data quality project experience using tools such as Information Steward or Informatica Analyst.
• Ability to manage metadata reporting and job scheduling via Management Console.
• Experience managing the full SDLC, including documentation of functional and technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of S/4HANA or BW/4HANA.
