Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP BRIM implementations and business process optimization, leading projects and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and collaborate with product teams during feature and EPIC discovery sessions.
• Investigate complex strategic business issues to research and identify viable solutions.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop workable solutions.
• Design BI dashboards, scorecards, and dynamic reports to meet specific information needs.
• Document business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and security integrations for developers, QA, and operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong working exposure to the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) domain.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories and participating in discovery sessions.
• Ability to design BI dashboards and dynamic reporting tools.
• Experience documenting business requirements, data models, and calculation rules.
• Capability to lead projects and mentor technical or business team members.
• Experience working with QA analysts and deployment teams.
