Description

Implement and support SAP BRIM solutions to drive subscription business models, owning configuration, integration, and support of Convergent Charging components.

Configure SAP BRIM CC components for seamless integration with Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI). Design, test, and deploy prototype and production solutions for Subscription Order Management, Billing, Revenue, and Invoice Management. Define business requirements, scenario designs, and flow mapping for BRIM-related processes. Manage daily Convergent Invoicing support, including billable item corrections and troubleshooting. Create functional designs, Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD), and Business Process Procedures (BPP).

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP BRIM CC components for integration with SOM and CI.
• Design, test, and deploy solutions for Subscription Order Management, Billing, Revenue, and Invoice Management.
• Define business requirements, scenario designs, and flow mapping for BRIM processes.
• Manage daily Convergent Invoicing support, including billable item corrections and troubleshooting.
• Create functional designs, PDD, BDD, and BPP documentation.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP BRIM CC implementation and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end BRIM CC implementation integrated with SAP SD/CRM.
• Strong configuration expertise in SAP CRM/SD pricing functionality.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM CC setup and integration with SOM and CI components.
• Experience working with SAP FI-CA or FI-CI.
• Proficiency in SAP SOM, SD, FI, and RAR.
• Ability to handle incident intake, debugging, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP RAR within the BRIM ecosystem.
