Description

You will own the end-to-end configuration, administration, and integration of SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (DigitalRoute) for telecom clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end configuration of SAP Convergent Mediation, including policy charging rules, usage data validation, enrichment, filtering, and routing.
• Develop and debug APIs and services using JavaScript and REST, ensuring robust technical interface integration.
• Manage system administration, log monitoring, alarm management, and error data handling for online and offline mediation.
• Integrate Convergent Mediation with Convergent Charging, Invoicing, and network elements (BART, DIAMETER).
• Collaborate on requirement gathering, architecture finalization, and FS/TS preparation while working in an onsite-offshore model.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, specifically SAP Convergent Mediation of DigitalRoute.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Convergent Charging (CC) system administration and admin activities.
• Proven experience in JavaScript web-service development, debugging, and REST API creation.
• Deep understanding of telecom industry standards, including BART and DIAMETER protocols.
• Experience integrating mediation with network layers, charging systems, and billing modules.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM integration within the SAP ecosystem.
