Description

Provide technical expertise and support for SAP BRIM and Convergent Mediation environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues through thorough root cause analysis.
• Participate in customer discussions regarding upcoming system enhancements.
• Write functional specifications and develop custom enhancements or reports within CM.
• Manage interfaces between customized environments and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/support environment.
• Extensive experience with Convergent Mediation (CM) by Digital Route.
• Proven track record of at least one end-to-end project implementation in SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation.
• Deep understanding of SAP BRIM architecture.
• Experience working in a customized environment with third-party system interfaces.
• Strong documentation skills for global team environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Media, Utility, or Telecommunications industries using Convergent Mediation.
