You will lead functional aspects for SAP BRIM FICA solutions, owning upgrades, defect resolution, and implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for all SAP BRIM FICA business processes, covering upgrades, defect resolution, and implementations.
• Gather and analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders related to AR, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Design and configure SAP FICA solutions, including setting up payment hierarchies, clearing rules, and dunning strategies.
• Manage the integration of FICA with other SAP BRIM modules (CI, CC) and SAP FI/CO in S/4HANA.
• Create test plans, execute testing cycles, and provide ongoing support for live system incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICA, including multiple end-to-end BRIM implementations.
• Expertise in FICA processes: master data, document posting, payment runs, and collections.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of BRF+ for business rule management and standard SAP interfaces.
• Experience with SAP Activate, ASAP, and Agile project methodologies.
• Familiarity with Billable Item (BIT) management in Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• Knowledge of SAP BAPI and BADI for technical collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
