Description

Lead functional design, configuration, and testing for SAP BRIM and FICA within the UBOS program.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA, including payments, dunnings, collections, and CI/GL integrations.
• Lead functional testing, review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects across BRIM/FICA processes.
• Assist architects with configuration tasks such as business partner setup, correspondence, and event framework updates.
• Support data mapping, translation rules, cross-reference maintenance, and open item conversion for migration.
• Provide post-go-live support for FICA processes, including payment interfaces, dunning runs, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise.
• Strong understanding of FICA processes: payments, dunning, collections, interest, and open item management.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for work item tracking and testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ADO Testing Module.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of BRIM functional experience.
• SAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications (BR230/BR234).
• Familiarity with BRF+, event framework, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
