You will act as a functional expert managing SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management (SOM) processes and data flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end BRIM functional processes and data flows.
• Execute subscription order management tasks, including solution quotes, subscription orders, and subscription contracts.
• Configure cross-catalog mapping, master agreements, and ODI.
• Handle contract change processes and ensure seamless BRIM CPQ integration.
• Maintain master data accuracy for customer master and subscription products.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of functional experience in CRM and BRIM SOM.
• Proven track record with at least 1-2 full lifecycle projects in the BRIM SOM area.
• Deep expertise in Subscription Order Management (SOM) workflows.
• Hands-on experience with cross-catalog mapping and master agreements.
• Practical knowledge of ODI and contract change processes.
• Strong understanding of BRIM CPQ integration.
• Proficiency in managing customer master and subscription product master data.
• Extensive experience working within the SAP ecosystem.

Preferred Skills

• SAP BRIM certification.
