Description

You will design and deliver scalable, secure integration solutions within the SAP BTP ecosystem, focusing on SuccessFactors modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions for SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Connect SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite and API Management.
• Configure and customize BTP services such as Cloud Integration, Extension Suite, Workflow, and Business Rules.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams and conducting code reviews.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to SAP standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP architecture.
• 5+ years specializing in SAP BTP and SuccessFactors integration.
• Deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite and API Management.
• Hands-on experience with BTP services: Cloud Integration, Extension Suite, Workflow, and Business Rules.
• Proven ability to integrate SuccessFactors modules with external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex HR process enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
