Description

You will manage and optimize SAP BTP and HANA Cloud environments within complex S/4HANA landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own BTP landscape management, ensuring system availability, performance, and security compliance.
• Administer HANA Cloud DB instances, including upgrades, backups, recovery, and scaling.
• Monitor and tune HANA Cloud and BTP applications using SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focus Run, and SAP BTP Cockpit.
• Investigate technical issues and perform root cause analysis across S/4HANA, BTP services, and third-party systems.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, landscapes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration within large-scale S/4HANA environments.
• Deep understanding of BTP architecture, services, and tools including BAS and BTP Cockpit.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Foundry installations and configurations.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud Connector, and SDI.
• Expertise in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting HANA Cloud in BTP.
• Strong knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, system refreshes, and backup mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of SAP security principles, including authentication, authorization, and role management.
• Proven ability in SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub, Jenkins, or Terraform.
