Description

Lead technical support and maintenance for SAP Datasphere and SAC environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks and proactively monitor SAP Datasphere and SAC environments.
• Manage and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents, including root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and optimize Datasphere dataflows, models, and integrations, and tune queries for performance.
• Deploy, validate, and support configuration changes following ITIL change management.
• Collaborate with data engineers and functional teams to support enhancements and fixes.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on SAP Datasphere (DWC) experience, including data models, dataflows, and connections.
• 3–5 years of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience with dashboarding, reporting, and data validation.
• 3–5 years of L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC data models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Finance or Operations business domains.
• Prior experience in Application Managed Services (AMS) or managed services environments.
