Description

Lead the development and adoption of SAP BTP solutions, managing a team of developers to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise applications using Java, Node.js, and SAPUI5/Fiori within the SAP BTP environment.
• Implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Develop and integrate REST, SOAP, and OData web services.
• Configure and utilize SAP BTP services such as Advanced Event Mesh, Destination Service, and Adobe Forms.
• Guide the team in technology adoption and stay current with emerging trends to improve engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Java or Node.js application development.
• Proficiency in SAPUI5 and Fiori frontend frameworks.
• Deep understanding of SAP landscape components: S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and Gateway Server.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and OData service architectures.
• Experience with SAP BTP services including Advanced Event Mesh and Destination Service.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive technology adoption.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification or relevant IT professional certification.
• Formal background in software engineering.
