Description

You will design and develop cloud applications on SAP BTP using CAP and Node.js.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud applications using the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) with Node.js.
• Build and deploy SAP UI5/Fiori applications using SAP Business Application Studio or VS Code.
• Create and expose OData/CDS services and integrate with SAP S/4HANA and backend systems.
• Design microservices, REST/OData APIs, and handle authentication using XSUAA.
• Implement applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry or Kyma environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Knowledge of XSUAA, Destination, and Workflow services.
• Ability to integrate systems using SAP Integration Suite and BTP Destinations.
• Familiarity with designing OData/CDS services.
• Experience with SAP BAS/VS Code for UI5/Fiori development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite.
