Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams, providing technical direction and mentoring to ensure successful delivery of integration and extension projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Advise clients and stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Oversee integration projects using SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP BTP solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proven experience leading development and integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Strong influencing and advisory skills with a track record of impactful decisions.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize business value to drive decision-making.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4Hana, SuccessFactors, or third-party platforms.
• Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
