Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams, providing technical direction and mentoring for integration and extension projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Oversee and execute integration projects using the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet business objectives.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in client environments.
• Analyze and prioritize business value to drive solution development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP BTP solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum four years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and solution design principles.
• Proven experience in technology assessment and solution architecture.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills for cross-team decision making.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 12+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams collaboratively.
