Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams and deliver integration and extension projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and mentoring to development teams.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP BTP architecture, best practices, and solution design.
• Oversee execution of integration projects using the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP BTP solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of overall work experience (or 4+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Experience conducting technology assessments and value analysis.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or third-party platforms.
• SAP BTP or related SAP technology certifications.
