Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams, providing technical direction and mentoring to ensure successful delivery of integration and extension projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Oversee and execute integration projects using SAP BTP integration suite.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP BTP solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum of four years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Significant hands-on experience leading development and integration projects.
• Minimum 10 years of total work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work experience) or Associate's Degree with 6 years work experience.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4Hana, SuccessFactors, and third-party platforms.
• Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
