Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams and drive the architecture, integration, and extension of enterprise solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integration and extension projects.
• Advise clients and stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Oversee integration projects using the SAP BTP Integration Suite, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP BTP solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years specifically on SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Associate's degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience.
• Proven experience leading development and integration projects in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyze and prioritize business value to drive decision-making.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills with a track record of impactful cross-team decisions.
• Experience conducting technology assessments and solution architecture reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) and third-party platforms.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
