Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams to deliver integration and extension projects while providing technical direction and mentorship.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in collaborative environments.
• Oversee execution of integration projects using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Analyze and prioritize business value to drive solution development decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Significant hands-on experience leading development and integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years work experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years.
• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
• Ability to integrate SAP BTP with SAP modules (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) and third-party platforms.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in technology assessment, solution architecture, and value analysis.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
• Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
