Description

Lead SAP BTP development teams to deliver integration and extension projects, providing technical direction and mentoring. Advise stakeholders on architecture, solution design, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Oversee integration projects using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and prioritize business value to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience leading development and integration projects.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills.
• Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite or cloud-native development.
• Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or third-party platforms.
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
