Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions on-site in Mayfield Heights, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem Management, Asset Management, IRM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
• Apply ITIL best practices when configuring and optimizing ServiceNow processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Senior Engineer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Experience maintaining security best practices and compliancy requirements.
