Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable architectures leveraging SAP BTP services for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.
• Develop secure architectures using SAP BTP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and Data & Analytics.
• Lead technical workshops and drive solution design alignment between business and technical teams.
• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on SAP BTP capabilities including CAP, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Workflow Management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP architecture.
• 7+ years of specialization in SAP BTP.
• Direct experience with SuccessFactors Integration.
• Proficiency with SAP BTP, CAP, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• Expertise in SAP Architecture and SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to drive solution design and lead workshops.
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant SAP certifications in SAP BTP or related areas.
