Description

You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to support a transition from made-to-stock to made-to-order manufacturing models.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Map user journeys and facilitate product launch activities.
• Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and maintain project alignment.
• Collaborate with the SAP team and supply chain functions, including warehouse operations.
• Navigate both Agile and Waterfall project environments to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience working within SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in writing user stories.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to interface directly with executives and provide necessary pushback.
• Experience supporting supply chain or warehouse-related business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid project delivery models.
